Hi everyone. I suppose I'll explain what's going on here.
As you can see, I've put all my old drawings and stuff in storage. Why? Because I just can't look at them anymore. All of my friends tell me that I'm a good drawer, or that one day I'll be working for Disney. But I doubt myself. Too much, I think. I have high standards when it comes to drawing (and art in general), but even my own drawings just don't meet those standards. I want to be able to sit down and draw something, but I just can't. I have a few sketches saved on my computer, but I don't have the patience to outline them. I don't know...
So why, exactly, am I putting my deviantART account on hiatus? Because I only draw things for deviantART. I have this idea in my head that I need to post deviantions, so I almost feel pressured to draw. Also, I haven't developed a "style" yet. I see all of these great artists on deviantART and say "Oh, I want to be like you", but when I draw and outline a picture, I'm stuck for ideas. I just need some time to experiment with styles and programs. Don't worry, I'll be back soon.
Like the title says, I'm not leaving deviantART. I will continue to check my messages everyday, so don't feel like you can't contact me. I'll still be here. See you soon, guys.
